Get your dose of McAllen's history this holiday season at MHC!

Make sure you place the McAllen Heritage Center – museum of McAllen history on your list of things to do this holiday season and enjoy our many diverse McAllen history exhibits.  Visit MHC the week of December 20th through December 23rd, 2011 to enjoy complimentary “pan de polvo” and refreshments!  Kids can also enjoy classic holiday movies or participate in coloring activities while at MHC.  If you come in on Friday, December 23rd, you are in for a special treat with live music as local guitarist, Sandra Nicholson joins the festivities that afternoon.

We are open Tuesday through Friday from 1pm to 5pm and on Saturday from  11am to 4pm.  Special Holiday hours:  We will be closed on Saturday December 24th and December 31 in observance of  Christmas and New Years Eve.
